Integrated Gears

Integrated gears mean, two or more gears are cut on the same spindle. Integrated gears can have spur, helical or combination of spur and helical teeth. In gear boxes these gears are used for better combinations of different sizes and types to enhance the torque and to avoid fastening accessories. Integrated gears are made of versatile materials but every integrated shaft and gear teeth has unique material.

We at Yashdeep engineering cut integrated gear on same spindle with spur, helical or combination of both types from 0.3 module to 6 module, both-left and right-hand helix. We make gear blanks and cut teeth on Carbon steel, Forged steel, Case hardening steel, Hylum, poly acetal (plastic), aluminium etc.

All types of integrated gears we design and manufacture. We also make sure that they perfectly mesh with each other with adjacent gears.
