About Us
`YASHDEEP GEARS’ is a branch of YASHDEEP ENGINEERING SERVICES, providing services in various fields like Food, Pharmaceutical, Packaging, sugar and farming industries. We provide services in the engineering aspect to above industries. Following is the brief summary of our specialized branch – YASHDEEP GEARS, engaged in supply of transmission items.
YASHDEEP GEARS started its manufacturing activities of many types of gears and transmission units in the vicinity of Mumbai in April 2015. Due to our vast experience in product designing and development we are capable to accept challenges. We maintain the quality and accuracy of the products we manufacture. Our main products of transmission units are Spur gears, Helical gears, Rack and Pinion gears, Worm and Worm wheel, Sprockets, Timer pulleys etc. We supply mass quantity of planetary gear boxes. Our range of precise gears are 0.3 module to 6 module.
We have inhouse facility of gear manufacturing. Machines on which we make gear teeth are Tos, Lambert and Mikron make. Lorenz make gear shaper on which we make internal gear teeth and Integrated gear teeth, Cincinnati make dividing head, Tos make cylindrical grinder etc.
In our vicinity we have state of the art facility of Cnc, Vmc machining, Wire cutting, Spark Erosion and Surface grinding, Hardening – both Vacuume and thru hardening, Nitriding etc. In short all type of machining facility is available.
We are specialized in manufacturing small gears in mass quantity with great accuracy. Generally we supply gears with 0.02 to 0.025 mm runout accuracy. So far all clients are satisfied with our products.
We also provide design and development service to our customers. So we manufacture transmission units in almost all materials like carbon steels, Case hardening steels, Plastic and nylon, Hylum etc.
